Interim evaluation of Redbridge Advice Network
Led by Redbridge Citizen's Advice Bureau, Redbridge Advice Network was set up in November 2013 with funding from the Big Lottery’s Advice Services Transition Fund (ASTF).
We carried out an interim evaluation of RAN to help to measure how the project has performed against contractual outcomes so far, as well as any current gaps in advice provision still facing the borough. The process involved quantitative and qualitative research methods such as survey creation and management, in-depth interviews with several stakeholder groups, and desk research.
Findings from these assessments are to feed into the development of a November 15-April 18 business plan.
